
As we begin to wrap up our Class on ESSENTIAL OILS AND PHYSICAL FITNESS, here are some helpful TIPS AND TRICKS.
After a fitness routine, our shoes can have some unpleasant odors. Here’s some help for that:
HOMEMADE SHOE DEODORIZER RECIPE
• 4 tbsp. Baking Soda
• 7 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
• 7 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Sprinkle inside shoes. Leave overnight.
Applying MELALEUCA to your feet will also support pleasant foot odors and help support your body in clearing up athlete’s foot.
Sore shins? Try this:
SORE SHIN ROLLER BALL RECIPE
• 10 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
• 6 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
• 7 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
Massage into the front and back of the leg. Apply as often as needed.
Once in a while, you may experience a nasty “Charley Horse.” Find some relief here:
HORSE CRAMP RELIEF RECIPE
• 10 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
• 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• 10 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
One of the great benefits of Essential Oils is that, while each oil may help most in one particular area, it can also helpful in others. Lemongrass, Peppermint, and Marjoram are also great for tendon support, but so are the following Essential Oils:
• Oregano
• Lemon
• Lavender
• Birch
• Helichrysum
• Cypress
• Basil
Layer 3–4 drops of Marjoram and Lemongrass. Follow by layering Peppermint on top of area a few minutes later.
