STEP 18 – SETTING UP A RELAXING SLEEP ENVIRONMENT

Having that perfectly cool, dimly lit area is peaceful, but diffusing Essential Oils throughout the night will give you continuous support from the oil of your choice. Just like in the bath, you can use one oil, a combination, or a specific blend to diffuse. Use a few drops depending on your room size and your body’s response to Essential Oils. Remember you can always add another drop if needed. 

LIGHTS OUT DIFFUSER RECIPE

• 2 drops Vetiver Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

GOOD NIGHT SWEETHEART DIFFUSER RECIPE

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• 1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil

SWEET DREAMS DIFFUSER RECIPE

• 2 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

You can also promote a good night’s rest by using a linen spray on your bedding. Just combine 5–6 drops Essential Oil, 1 oz. water, or 1 tsp grain alcohol. Spritz your pillow, your sheets, or both right before lying down.
